Ben met Karen while training her at Kohl's. He quickly left her and she was left alone with Kohl’s customers as a newbie. After that situation, they didn’t speak for months. One day, Ben started pestering Karen while at work. They finally began talking outside of work, and a romance for the ages blossomed!
