March 28th, 2020 Tornado | Jonesboro, Arkansas

Jonesboro Tornado Relief Donations

On Saturday March 28th, 2020, an EF3 tornado landed in the heart of Jonesboro, Arkansas that caused major damage throughout the city. A video of the tornado can be viewed here. Many businesses and homes were destroyed in less than 10 minutes. Currently, Region 8 News has reported 22 injuries, 2 hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, and no casualties.

As many know, the COVID-19 virus is making it’s way across America (and the world) right now. Unfortunately, Craighead County also has confirmed positive cases of this virus which eventually led to the shut down of many businesses in the area. Thankfully, The Mall at Turtle Creek was also closed due to this pandemic and this decision possibly saved many many lives!

After seeing the devastating damage within the city of Jonesboro, I prayed that God would use me to help others that were directly affected by this tornado. But how would this possible with social distancing? That’s when He spoke to me. I need to use my talents to help the community!

Here are the details: Donate any amount $50 or greater to receive a free mini photo session! All photo sessions will take place during the month of September 2020 (exact location & dates TBA). 100% of donations received will go directly to those effected by the tornado. Session includes: 30 minutes, 15 digital images, and a print release. I have set a goal of $5,000! Let’s work together to help the Jonesboro community!
